you.got.a.pic? published in the New School journal, Immediacy

You’ll find you.got.a.pic? in the current edition of Immediacy, The Digital Revolution.

you.got.a.pic? is one of three works as part of Witnessing by our cMAS collective. Witnessing is a collection of web-based projects both online and in zine-form that ask users/readers to imagine a speculative dystopian future. Witnessing draws on the theoretical concepts of machine vision, materiality, bureaucracy, and surveillance.

Immediacy is a student-centered, online journal of the School of Media Studies at the New School in New York. Emphasizing the School’s philosophy for the integration of media theory, history, and myriad forms of media practice, the purpose of the journal is to provide a space for fresh approaches and perspectives in the understanding of media.
